What we rent

Septic pumping is one phone call. A residential septic tank is typically pumped every 3 to 5 years, driven by tank size and household size. We handle grease traps and holding tanks too. Handwashing stations meet the requirement in 29 CFR 1910.141(d)(2) that soap and towels or a hand drying device be provided. Temporary fencing keeps construction sites secure or crowds controlled. We can quote any combination of these services on a single visit.
Pricing and rental terms
Check current pricing for daily, weekly and monthly rentals. Delivery fees apply. A standard portable toilet for a day runs differently than a week or month, so call with your dates and we'll quote it straight. ADA accessible units cost more because of the larger footprint required, ADA Standards section 213.2 says at least 5 percent of clustered units, and never fewer than one, must be accessible. Event pricing for weddings, races and festivals is separate from construction site rentals. Weekend service calls or emergency pumping carry a premium because we staff for it differently.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Many jobs we can roll same-day if you call early in the morning. Evening or weekend delivery costs more. Call and we'll tell you whether it's possible for your location and what the fee is.
Can I rent just one portable toilet for a small job?
Yes. One unit, one week, one month, we rent it all. Minimum orders don't exist here. Delivery and service fees apply to every rental.
What happens if my septic system backs up at night?
We take emergency calls. Weekend and after-hours service costs more than a scheduled appointment, but we'll pump you out. Leave a message and we'll get back to you within a few hours.
Do you service nearby towns?
We cover Salem, Peabody, Malden, Everett and Somerville from Lynn. Call with your address and we'll confirm we serve it and quote the delivery fee.
What payment methods do you take?
